Vice President of Restaurants
Todd Shepard brings over 20 years of experience in hospitality management to his role at Morrissey Hospitality as Vice President of Restaurants. A graduate of Wayne State University, a certified Sommelier and a veteran of the United States Marine Corp, Todd specializes in increasing portfolio profits through operational efficiency, responsible innovation and brand evolution.
Before joining Morrissey in 2022, Todd held food & beverage leadership positions at national companies including Sage Hospitality, SeaWorld, Paradise Point Resort Group, and Morton’s The Steakhouse. More recently, Todd served as the Director of Operations for Southern Proper Hospitality, implementing operational efficiencies and leading re-branding efforts for the $50-million revenue company.
As Vice President of Restaurants, Todd will direct operations for over a dozen Morrissey restaurants and will serve as a member of the Shared Services Group. In addition, Todd will oversee the expansion of Morrissey’s restaurant concepts, and ensure Morrissey brand and quality standards across our restaurant concepts.
