Justin Spano

Corporate Beverage Director

Justin brings over 20 years of experience in hospitality starting with his first job at The St. Paul Hotel. He continuously creates award winning wine lists and specialty cocktail menus for all of Morrissey Hospitality food and beverage venues. He is a certified master of Scotch, and an alumni of the Oregon Pinot Camp and has extensive training in California wine and food pairing/. Justin graduated with a degree in hospitality and tourism management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout
