Richard Dobransky


Starting as a General Manager for Levy Restaurants and quickly ascending to the role of Senior Vice President of Sports and Entertainment, Richard was a principal innovator in the evolution of blending hospitality into sporting, convention-center, and large-venue food programs, culminating in developing the experience at Target Field, working with Delaware North. Prior to joining Morrissey Hospitality, he was Director of Food and Beverage at Event Hospitality and Entertainment, an Australia-based event international hotel, restaurant, and leisure company.

As a 30-year veteran of the hospitality industry, Richard has served as an executive and top revenue driver with proven success in guest experience, hospitality, entertainment, facilities, and food and beverage. Richard drives and optimizes sales and profitability through best practices, labor productivity, and strategic procurement.

A strong communicator, he partners closely with executive management and shareholders to establish and articulate shareholders’ vision and goals. Richard believes in promoting initiatives to further the mission of the team and creates positive change, efficiencies, and enhanced guest experiences.
