Born and raised in Minnesota, Corey is a true Twin Cities chef. He started in restaurants as a line cook at 15, and has experience in all kinds of kitchens – from fast casual to fine dining. Corey has been with Morrissey Hospitality since 2010, working as Sous Chef at the Saint Paul Grill, Executive Chef at Kendall’s Tavern & Chophouse and today, as Executive Chef at Stockyards Tavern & Chophouse.
