With over 25 years of experience, Jessica LaValle feels most at home in a professional kitchen. She joined the Morrissey team in 2016, quickly working her way to Assistant Sous Chef at The St. Paul Hotel. Jessica has been instrumental in leading Morrissey concepts through the challenges of Covid-19. Today, she thrives in her role as The Bad Waitress’s Kitchen Manager, bringing enthusiasm and organizational skills to her role.
