Chef Chad Methum started as a dishwasher ini 1984, working in kitchen throughout high school. Chad attended Hennepin Vocational Technical College for culinary school, and built his culinary career in private clubs, inns and hotels. Chad joined St. Paul River Centre culinary team in 2004, and moved to Hillcrest Country Club in 2017. Today, Chad is the Executive Chef at Bunker Hills, overseeing Kendall’s Tavern & Chophouse and all catered events.
