Nick Palmer values the comradery, mentorship and on-the-job training he’s experienced at Morrissey Hospitality. In 2016, Nick joined the Morrissey team at the age of 19, growing his skills and developing his creativity as part of the culinary department at Bunker Hills. In his role as Lead Banquet Cook, Nick leads catering efforts for special occasions, private celebrations and charity events.
