It will be located at the corner of 2nd Avenue and 4th Street in downtown Minneapolis adjacent to The Hotel Minneapolis.Guests will love restaurant Max’s innovative yet approachable style as they relax in an atmosphere that is fresh and creative and enjoy an attitude that is warm and welcoming.
Lifestyle Cuisine at restaurant Max means providing the guest with the dining experience they are looking for at that moment: food, portions and beverages that support your situation, a business lunch, a dinner celebration, a time to share with friends, a thoughtful meal alone, each experience featuring flavorful, fresh menu selections.
The full menu will include: appetizers, grilled flatbreads, salads, hot and cold sandwiches, pasta, risotto, fish, seafood, poultry, meats, Max’s Specials of the Week, and desserts. The menu will also include an extensive local and California Cheese Board selection and hand-crafted artisan breads. Eclectic interpretation of the former Midland Building’s historic architecture has created a spacious yet intimate feel with ideal places for private meals or group rendezvous. Historic, white marble columns will receive a cast of pink and red hues from the restaurant’s custom and hand-crafted 9 ft. light fixtures, while an authentic vault will enjoy a modern makeover as the walk-in home to more than 1,000 bottles of American wines.
