Mr. Cole conducts operational and marketing reviews of hotels for the purpose of identifying shortcomings in marketing efforts, operational inefficiencies, service deficiencies which may be inappropriate for that particular hotel, improper and wasteful payroll scheduling and other waste. These reviews are very useful for increasing cash flow, developing workout plans or analyzing budgets and cash flow forecasts for hotels.
