Walker Art Center
Morrissey Hospitality Companies was asked to provide direction and aid in the design of the food service areas to the new center. Services included designing kitchen and service spaces, positioning the restaurant and spaces used for guest services and other spaces as they related to catered events. In 2005, the Walker Art Center opened in Minneapolis to rave reviews and features a restaurant managed by Wolfgang Puck.

Guthrie Theater
Opened in 2006 and designed by renowned French architect, Jean Nouvel, the Guthrie Theater is the crown jewel of the performing arts district in downtown Minneapolis. To achieve this, Guthrie turned to Morrissey Hospitality Companies to provide the direction and design expertise to plan the food management operations throughout the seven-floor building.

Elmer L. Andersen Building
Built in 2005 to house both the Health and Human Service and Administration departments for the State of Minnesota in downtown Saint Paul, the Elmer L. Andersen building wanted to create a food service program that serves as an amenity to employees and visitors as well as local residents. Morrissey Hospitality Companies was contracted to review space and concept designs, and provide the expertise to locate a suitable operator.

Town & Country Golf Club
The Town & Country Golf Club in Saint Paul used Morrissey Hospitality Companies' consulting expertise to re-concept and update its food and beverage offerings to "profitably" match the memberships’ changing demographic.

Downtown Golf & Entertainment
The Downtown Golf and Entertainment Facility will be a one-of-a-kind property in the heart of Minneapolis.  This 65,000 square-foot facility will include a restaurant, meeting and banquet space for 400, indoor driving range and 18-hole putting green. Concepts, funding, and proforma were completed, and governmental approval is in process. Morrissey Hospitality Companies defined the hospitality opportunities, operation, and staffing.

True North Golf Course & Lodge/Big Fish Golf Club   
Morrissey Hospitality Companies was retained to assist in the re-branding of a Hayward, Wisconsin, lodging property, including a 60-room hotel and restaurant, and integrate a new Pete Dye championship golf course. Morrissey Hospitality Companies re-engineered the food and beverage operations for profitability and market conditions. The property is now known as the Big Fish Golf Club

Science Museum of Minnesota       
Morrissey Hospitality Companies provided a comprehensive food service feasibility for the new $100 million Science Museum, Omni and Imax Theatres, which were key projects in revitalizing Saint Paul's Riverfront connection to the Urban Corridor. A member of the Historic Hotels of America, The Eldridge Hotel has recently regained its stature and place of prominence in the city of Lawrence, Kansas, home to the University of Kansas.  Purchased from bankruptcy by the current ownership group in 2004, MHC aided the new owner in the remodel and opening of this legendary property.
