Hotel Management
Morrissey Hospitality Companies built The Saint Paul Hotel into a Four-Star property. It wins that award consistently, along with a host of others, including AAA's Four-Diamond award. In 2002, Conde Nast Magazine named The Saint Paul Hotel to its Gold List, recognizing The Saint Paul Hotel with the best hotels in the world. It is proud to have been featured by Good Morning America, National Geographic, The New York Times, USA Today, Bon Appetit, and many others. Perhaps the most telling is that of its biggest customer, 3M, which presented The Saint Paul Hotel with its 3M Supplier Excellence Award. Restaurant Management
Morrissey Hospitality Companies-managed free-standing restaurant concepts rank among the best of the best, garnering awards from the likes of Minnesota Monthly, Twin Cities Business Monthly, the Zagat Survey, Gourmet Magazine, Wine Spectator, Diners' Choice, CitySearch, Minnesota Meetings and Events, and Nation's Restaurant News. MHC's restaurants, The St. Paul Grill, Pazzaluna Urban Italian Restaurant and Bar, and Tria Restaurant, Bar and Market were voted into the Twin Cities Top 5 by the readers of Minneapolis/St. Paul magazine. Menu items from The St. Paul Grill made the cover of Where magazine, Tria and The St. Paul Grill were included in the “Top Ten Dishes of the Year”, and Pazzaluna’s Executive Chef was named one of the Ten Best in the Twin Cities. Sport/Entertainment Food and Beverage Management
MHC’s partnership with Minnesota Sports and Entertainment led to the creation of a premium food and beverage service and catering company recognized regionally as one of the top companies of its kind, and nationally by the NHL for providing the nation’s finest customer experience for a sports arena. Over the past few years Wildside Caterers has been recognized by Minnesota Monthly, Twin Cities Business Monthly, Hockey News, ESPN Magazine, Minnesota Meetings and Events, and the National Hockey League for outstanding food and beverage management service. Our venues, 317 on Rice Park, Xcel Energy Center, and St. Paul RiverCentre were also recognized for excellence because of our service and attention to detail.
