MHC's information systems monitor hotel performance in areas such as room yield utilization, labor and cash management, expense variance, and other items on a daily and weekly basis. We provide centralized corporate support services and other programs in accounting, payroll, data processing, interior design, sales, marketing and advertising, and vendor purchases, but empower brand general managers to vary from such initiatives as appropriate.
In addition to management contracts, Morrissey Hospitality Companies is active throughout the region on a consulting basis. Whether it is pre-opening research and conceptualization, working on projects after the property is operating, or repositioning and refining operations, sales, or marketing, MHC has the expertise to assist a diverse list of clients.
