Robin Sparke

Corporate Director of Food and Beverage Administration

A 15 year management veteran with Morrissey Hospitality Companies, Robin Sparke began working in the development and creation of Wildside Caterers as a project Manager. Robin plays a major role in the concept development and design of brands in the Xcel Energy Center, including Headwaters Bar and Restaurant. In addition to developing the standard operating procedures and policies and job descriptions for MHC's Restaurant Division, Robin coordinates and directs the banquet, retail, restaurant and beverage operations at Xcel Energy Center, Saint Paul RiverCentre and 317 on Rice Park. Robin's scope of responsibilities including providing financial overview and leadership, business development, operating plans and staff development.
