Len directs all aspects of the food and beverage operations for Morrissey Hospitality Companies restaurant operations, including The St. Paul Grill, M ST. Cafe, Pazzaluna Urban Italian Restaurant & Bar, and Tria Restaurant, Bar and Market. In addition to directing the day to day operations of our existing restaurants, Ghilani plays a pivotal role in business development, concept development, and directing our F&B consulting services. Ghilani has more than two decades of experience in the restaurant industry serving as Vice President of Operations Services at Idein, LLC, and Parasole Restaurant Holdings, a restaurant consulting group. His background includes work with a variety of restaurants and companies, including Girarrosto Toscano, Buca, Inc., Einstein Noah Bagel Corporation, and Chi-Chi’s Mexican Restaurants, Inc.
