Keith Reardon joined Wildside Caterers as General Manager in July 2000, and has been responsible for directing all food service operations for Saint Paul’s premier convention, sports and entertainment complex. Reardon oversees the operations of Xcel Energy Center, RiverCentre, Roy Wilkins Auditorium, and 317 on Rice Park.
As regional director, Reardon supervises 325 employees, directing food and beverage operations, client relations, human resources, sales and marketing efforts and financial operations for one of the top catering operations in the upper Midwest.
Prior to joining the Wildside team, Reardon had extensive experience in hospitality and food service management at SAFECO Field, home of the Seattle Mariners, sports and cultural event centers in Seattle; the Denver Convention Complex and Denver Performing Arts Complex; the San Jose Convention Center and Cultural Facilities; and at the Four-Star Ritz Carlton in Rancho Mirage, California.
