Justin Spano
Corporate Director of Beverage
After serving in various food and beverage positions since 1993 within the Morrissey Hospitality family of brands, Justin Spano began in his position as Corporate Director of Beverage in June 2011 and has been recognized for his leadership, beverage expertise and commitment to the organization.
In this role, Spano will provide leadership and support to the beverage programs for all of MHC’s brands. Spano has played a critical role in the success of the beverage programs for The Saint Paul Hotel and The St. Paul Grill and his passion for the beverage arts will be an asset to the brands he will support.
Previously Spano has been part of the management teams for other of MHC’s restaurants, was the General Manager of California Café in the Mall of America from 2002-2004, and a member of the Tavistock Restaurant Group Beverage Committee, which owns and manages California Cafes and Napa Valley Grilles.
