Andrea Karsjens comes to Morrissey Hospitality Companies with a strong professional history in the restaurant management and restaurant accounting fields, drawing on experiences with Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Tucci Benucch, Panera Bread and Fuddruckers. She holds a B.A. in Hospitality Management from Kendall College and a Masters Degree in Accounting from Northeastern Illinois University. In her role, she will lead the research and development for new MHC restaurant concepts, assist in F&B concept creation and administer division projects, while supporting the current restaurants with various operations initiatives.
